Oven Baked Ribs

I know this may not really be a recipe.  But this method of cooking ribs is something to do on a Gloomy day when you do not feeling like going outside to the BBQ.  Heres the recipe.

Ingredients:
(2) very large size rack of ribs
your favorite choice of BBQ sauce
salt and pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
a trickle of water..

DIRECTIONS:
Note on this recipe.  You can double or triple the recipe as needed.  I managed to find a really good price for these ribs when I made this Video.
First, season the ribs with all the dry spices listed above or with your favorite seasonings.  Place the ribs into a pan that has a trickle of water in it.  The water will keep the ribs from sticking and help to make clean up a breeze.  Next, lather on your favorite BBQ sauce over the ribs.  Make sure this is your favorite BBQ sauce cause as in the Video, it might be gloomy weather and this will help cheer up the mood.  Next, place the ribs into the oven at 400 degrees for 40-45 mins.  In the Video, the ribs turned out very nice and all caramelized around the edges.  They were very restaurant style and fall off the bone.  Making the ribs like this at home is very budget friendly and economical.  It is cheaper than taking out the family to the Restaurant.  I hope you will give this method a try.
