Bread Maker Jam

This was my first YouTube Video Upload.  This recipe shows you how to make jam in the bread maker,  Jam is not as hard to make as you think it is.  As I look back into this video, I am so impressed how much my Channel has grown and how many great people I have met here on YouTube.

Ingredients:
(1) cup each: chopped peaches & mangoes.  I used frozen ones you can use fresh if you have.
(1 3/4) cups of sugar
(1) pouch of liquid pectin
(3) jamming jars

Directions:
Place all the fruit into the bread maker.  Then, add the sugar and pectin.  Use the BASIC setting on your bread makier for 5 mins until all ingredients are well mixed.  Mix it for about 5 mins in the BASIC setting until you see all the sugar is mixed well.  When the mixing process is done, hit STOP.  Then, change the setting to BAKE.  And hit START and it would take 1 hr.
Close to the 1hr before the jam is done, we have to sterilize the jar.  1 pack of Pectin usually make 3 jars.  So, in some boiling hot water, soak the jars for several minutes until the jam is ready.  When the jam is done, take out the jar from the boiling water.  Fill each jar up to 3/4 full.  Seal the jar.  Place the jar upside down so the entire jar would be sealed shut.  This would ensure your product is air tight so it would stay fresh for up to 3 months without needing to put into the fridge.  Just like the jam you buy in the store, but better.  It would last longer in the fridge.  But I'm sure it won't last long because it is very delicious taste!!! Feel free to experiement with different fruits.
