Roast Beef Dinner

This Recipe features our Royal Prestige cookware.  We purchased it in one of those special presentation meetings.  It is a really good quality product and that is what made me like to cook even more.  You can use it to cook an entire roast beef or chicken without needing to put it in the oven!  And yes!  You can use your stove top for this recipe if you have the Royal Prestige cookware.  If you do not have Royal Prestige cookware, just follow my recipe and cook the Roast Beef your usual way.

Ingredients:
(1) beef Roast any cut
minced garlic to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
(1/2) cup red cooking wine
(1/2) cup of seasame ginger sauce
(1) small bag of baby carrots

Directions:
Set your stovetop element to low.  Put the Royal Prestige pot on the element.  Let it preheat for a few minutes.  When the pot it hot enough (do the water test), put in the roast beef, Brown both sides.  Put in the cooking wine, and the sesame ginger sauce.  Put in the minced garlic on top.  Sprinkle on the cayenne pepper.  Pour in the carrots.  Shut the lid and the steam valve tight.  Keep the element on LOW setting and check back in an hr.  The design of this Royal Prestige cookware is to for your to have more healthy cooking at home.  This design of the pot is almost similar to steam cooking.  You are steaming your meat.  Not roasting it in the traditional oven.  Your meat never dries up in the Royal Prestige cookware.  If you don't have Royal Prestige Cookware you can use your usual method in the oven.  I hope you will give this recipe a try and thanks for watchingt!
