Here is the dough recipe that I used for the Chicken Empanada and the Cinnamon Roll recipe. This one is for the Bread Maker. You can also use this dough for Pizza.
LARGE BATCH DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
(1 1/2) cups water
(2) tbspn vegetable oil
(2) tsp salt
(2) tsp sugar
(4) cups All purpose flour
(4) tsp quick rise yeast
SMALL BATCH DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
(3/4) water
(1) tbspn vegetable oil
(1) tsp salt
(1) tsp Sugar
(2) cups All purpose flour
(2) tsp quick-rise yeast
DIRECTIONS:
Measure all ingredients and put in wet ingredients first and dry ingredients on top. Be sure to put the yeast directly on top not mix with the water. Select the DOUGH setting. Hit the START button and watch the dough form. Enjoy!!!
