Here is a very easy and flavorful meal for the busy work night. Here are the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
(4-6) boneless skinless chicken breasts
(1) can condensed tomato soup
(1) can cream of chicken soup
French fried onions for topping
pepper to taste
(2) cups shred cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Place the chicken breasts into an oven safe dish. Be sure to wash and pat dry the chicken. Sprinkle on some pepper and rub it into the chicken. We do not need to add any salt because the other canned soups have salt in them already. Next, sprinkle the cheese ontop the chicken making sure its all covered. In a bowl, mix in the 2 cans of soups. Combine well. Pour the soup over the chicken. Put the chicken into a preheated 375 degree oven for 30-40 mins until chicken tests done. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, take out the chicken. Sprinkle on the French Fried onions until it is well covered. Place it back into the oven for 5 mins until the onions are all browned up. The onions gives this dish a nice crunch to compliment the soup. It is also a very nice red color. I hope you will give this recipe a try and I will see you again next time.
