Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

This is a delicious cake to the usual Chocolate cake.  The mayonnaise replaces the need for eggs.  Make sure you buy the mayonnaise labelled REAL Mayonnaise, not just salad Mayonnaise.  Here are the ingredients.

Ingredients:
(2) cups of all purpose white flour
(1/2) cup of cocoa powder
(1) cup of white sugar
(1/2) tspn baking soda
(1/4) tspn salt
(1) cup cold water
(1) cup real mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:
First mix the dry ingredients together.  Whisk in the flour, cocoa powder, white sugar, baking soda, salt.  Afterwards, mix in the wet ingredients the water and the mayonnaise.  Adjust the water as needed until it forms a smooth shiny batter.  The batter would get heavy as you mix it but don't worry.  For this video, I am making cupcakes.  But, you can put them into 2 cake pans if you like.  After the batter is ready, line the muffin tray with cake paper.  Spoon the batter into each paper taking care not to over fill them.  Before putting it into the oven, tap the cake pan to get the air out of the batter.  This would help create a flat product when you are done baking.  I do this for all my baking.  Place this in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for half an hr or until cake tests done.  Use a toothpick to test it.  If the toothpick is clean, its ready to eat.  Enjoy!!!
