Pizza

This is a recipe for homemade pizza.  Please refer to my recipe for small and large batch dough on this website.  The dough is being made using the bread maker using the DOUGH setting.  Here are the ingredients for the rest of the pizza.

INGREDIENTS (PIZZA TOPPINGS):
(1) standard can of tomato sauce (I always use no salt added)
Italian seasoning (to taste)
BBQ Sauce (to taste)
shredded cheese (any type you like)
(1) package pre cooked chicken product (used for salads and such)
(3) cheese sticks (to make cheese filled crusts.  I used the TWISTS with cheddar and Mozzarella)

DIRECTIONS:
Spread the pizza dough to fit your pizza pan.  The large dough recipe would make 2 standard size pizzas.  Separate the cheese sticks, the cheddar and the Mozzarella side.  That would totally make 6 strips of cheese.  Put the cheese strips on the edge of the crusts.  Roll the crust until it covers the cheese.  Press on it until the dough seals the cheese.  Alternate with cheddar and mozzarella for the whole pizza.  Do this for both pizzas.  For this video, I would like to teach you mainly how to make the cheese filled crust.  The rest of the toppings is up to you whatever you desire.
Spread the tomato sauce ontop of both pizzas.  Put the chicken ontop of both pizzas.  Sprinkle on the cheese ontop of both pizzas.  Drizzle on some BBQ sauce over the whole pizza in a nice zigzag design.  For decorative purposes, we like to sprinkle on some Italian Seasoning around the edge of the pizza so it would look fancy.
Bake at a preheated 350 degree oven until the cheese is bubbly brown.
