Fish Chowder

This is a very delicious slow cooker recipe.  I don't make this often because it has lots of ingredients.  To make the perfect Fish Chowder my way, you will need to have all the following ingredients.

Ingredients:
(1) standard size bottle of clam juice
(2) cream style corn 398 mL cans
(2) cans of cream of potato
(1) can of regular evaporated milk
(1) 120 g can crab meat (can use fresh if you have)
(2) standard size canned shrimp (can use fresh if you have)
(1) small bag baby carrots
(1) 454 g frozen fish thawed I use BASA filets but you can use any fish you like
salt and pepper to taste
lemon pepper seasoning to taste
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste

Directions:
Cut the fish into small slices.  Marinate the fish with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon pepper.  Set aside.  Place the fish in the slow cooker.  Open up all the cans and pour the contents one by one into the slow cooker.  Pour in the bag of carrots.  For the clam juice, pour it all in except for the little bit in the bottom so you don't put in the sediments.  Stir all the items in the slow cooker together.  Because this is a seafood dish, it doesn't take very long for the slow cooker to cook it.  Set the slow cooker on low for up to 6 hrs, and a delicious meal would be ready.  Serve with garlic bread.  I hope you will enjoy this chowder as much as I do and I will see you again next time.
