George Foreman Grill - Burgers

When you want to have burgers, you always think about the fat.  Not with the George Foreman Grill!  We love using the grill at home cause it drips out all the fat.  This video was a little demo on how to make healthy burgers at home.  We are not selling George Foreman grill or endorsing it.  We just really enjoy using it and having it part of our home lifestyle.  Here are the ingredients.

Ingredients:
Burger Buns (as many as you need)
Frozen Burger Patties (as many as you need)
Seasoning salt

DIRECTIONS:
Place the frozen patties on a grill.  Wait for a few minutes.  The George Foreman Grill cooks things very fast.  It doesnt take very long and the neat thing is that it cooks things at the same time on both sides.  In the middle of cooking, open the tray, and sprinkle on some seasoning salt on each burger.  I am telling you to season it in the middle of cooking because during the cooking process, all the fat will drip out onto the tray.  If you put seasoning on at the beginning, the seasoning will drip out with the fat so it will be a waste.  So when you put it in the middle of cooking, most of the seasoning would stay.  On our grill, we had about 6 burgers.  It dripped out more than 1/4 cup of grease into the tray as you can see into the video.  Top off your burger with some ketchup and we served our meal with some side salad.  Having a burger at home can be healthy again.  I hope you will try this method soon.
