Ingredients:
(1) whole chicken
salt and pepper to taste
(14) cup honey dijon mustard
garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper to taste
Directions:
First rub all the dry spices onto the chicken. Next, rub on the dijon
mustard. If you have the time, marinade it for half an hr. If not,
place it right into the oven at preheated 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes
until your chicken tests done. For this meal, I made my potatoes using
the TFAL actifry machine. I used some lemon pepper, salt and pepper,
garlic powder and onion powder all my favorite spices. Cant live
without that stuff. Then, you make up some veg, then your meal is ready
to serve! Enjoy!
