Soy Sauce Chicken

Here is a delicious Asian style recipe that I found.  I have already made this recipe twice because it is so simple and delicious and reminds me of Chinese BBQ shops chicken.  Here are the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
(6) chicken drumsticks (you can feel free to use wings)
salt and pepper to taste
garlic and onion powder to taste
(1) cup Honey
(1/2) cup soy sauce
(3) tbspns ketchup

DIRECTIONS:
Marinate your chicken with the salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder.  Set aside.  In another bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce and ketchup.  Place the chicken into a oven safe dish.  Pour the sauce over top.  Make sure you cover all the chicken with the sauce.  Put the chicken in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 mins until chicken is done.  This sauce might not look as pretty but when served with rice and you mix the sauce with the rice it is sooooo good.  When you put more sauce on the chicken it gives it a nice glaze.  This is one of those recipes that are so easy that you can make it blind folded but it tastes complicated.  I hope you will give this recipe a try and I will see you again next time.  Enjoy!!!
