Here are some leftover Turkey ideas I used for Christmas 2011. I hope
you will find it useful whenever you have turkey leftovers!
Ingredients:
(1) can cream corn
(1) can cream of mushroom soup
(9) oven ready lasagna noodles
(2) cups shredded turkey
any amount of vegetables
(1) soup can of milk
Directions:
First, in a bowl mix the liquid ingredients together. Next you you
start to make your lasagna layers in an oven safe dish. Starting with
the turkey, put the turkey onto the bottom layer, then the vegetables
and the cheese. Put 3 lasagna noodles on top. Pour some soup over this
first layer of noodles. Repeat again twice until you finish with a
meat and cheese layer on top. Put this dish into a preheated oven for
375 degrees until everything is bubbly and the cheese is brown and the
noodles are soft when you test with a knife.
A wonderful change from the usual tomato based lasagnas!!! I hope you will give this a try. Enjoy!!!
