Chicken Burgers

A healthy homemade twist to the usual fast food Chicken Burgers.  Let's get started!

Ingredients:
1LB - ground chicken meat
salt and pepper to taste
red chili sauce to taste
1 large egg
minced garlic to taste
5 tablespoons of Oatmeal (original video says 3 tablespoons but I actually added more)

Directions:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients above together and combine well.  If you like your burgers spicier, add more red chili sauce.  Next, shape the meat mixture into 4 individual patties. Next, place these patties onto your indoor grill or your BBQ.  After they are done serve them onto hamburger buns.  These homemade version is healthier than fast food one because you know what you put in it.  I hope you will give these burgers a try.  Enjoy!!!
