Here is a delicious recipe that I kinda made up cause I didn't want just some plain fish with salt and pepper. Heres the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
(1) 454 G package of boneless skinless white fish
(1) can of coconut milk
(2) tblspoons of Garlic Chili Sauce
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
Citrus Blast seasoning to taste (or any kind of lemon seasoning)
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, mix together the coconut milk and Garlic Chili sauce set aside. Next, in another bowl with the fish, rub the fish with all the seasonings. In an oven safe dish, place half of the fish down first. Pour half of the sauce over top. Doing this will ensure all your fish will have the sauce. Place the rest of the fish ontop and pour on the rest of the sauce. Bake this at a preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 40 mins or when you test your fish until it flakes. This dish smells so good it makes the whole house smell like coconut and for sure your whole family will love to eat fish more.
