Here is a recipe that was inspired by the Food Network. The original recipe was deep fried but mine is baked. Heres the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
(12) tortilla wraps
(1) large jar of Salsa your choice of flavor
(1/2) cup of mayonnaise
(1) cup shredded cheese
(1) standard package of Hot Dogs
DIRECTIONS:
First in a bowl, mix together (1) cup of Salsa and the mayonnaise. Put in half of your shredded cheese. Mix well. Set aside. This would be the filling for the Enchiladas. Next, take out a tortilla wrap. Spread the sauce mixture on the bottom of the wrap evenly. Place a hot dog directly in the middle. Wrap it up like a burrito. Repeat all this steps until all the hot dogs are used up. If you run out of the sauce for the filling, make more sauce. The first time that I made this recipe it took 1 and a half large jars of Salsa. But this time when I made it it took exactly just 1 large jar of Salsa. When all the burritos are arranged on the pan, pour the remaining Salsa ontop of everything. Sprinkle the remaining cheese ontop of the Salsa. Bake at a preheated oven for 400 degrees for half hr until the cheese is nice and bubbly. This can be served with a nice side salad. Enjoy.
