Here is one of those easy and budget friendly week night meals. Pork is also a healthy choice for meat. Heres the ingredients:
INGREDIENTS:
(10) pork chops (or how many you like thats the package they came in)
salt
pepper
chili powder
garlic powder
onion powder
DIRECTIONS:
Wash and pat dry your pork. Set aside. Now, marinate the pork chops with all the dry spices listed above. You can experiment with any type of spices that you like. Next, place the marinated pork chops on to the grill. I used our George Foreman Grill. They are really convenient to use and have. In a few minutes, you will have delicious, indoor grilled pork chops ready to serve. I served mine with some rice and beans but you can serve it with anything that you like. Enjoy.
