Curry Pork Chops

This has become one of my new favorite recipes this year for the Slow Cooker!!! It is so exotic look and feeling but again it is one of those throw them together meals.  This is a break from the usual Tomato based recipes.  Heres the recipe.

Ingredients:
(10) boneless pork chops
(1) ginormous size can of Cream of Chicken soup like shown in the Video or (2) standard size cans
mixed vegetables
garlic powder
onion powder
Club House one step seasoning Indian Marsala (they discontinued this product you can try to find something similar or use plain ground Marsala)
ground tumeric (for color)
no extra salt is needed because the cans of Cream of Chicken has salt already

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, place all the pork chops.  Marinade with all the dry spices.  As you know by now, we like our food very flavorful and we don't measure the spices.  So therefore, adjust the Curry spices to your taste.  Next, in the Slow Cooker, put in the pork chops.  Then add in the mixed vegetables.  Add then finally add in the Cream of Chicken soups.  Plug in the Slow Cooker and cook on low heat for 8-10 hrs.  This dish smells AMAZING as it cooks in the house like an Indian restaurant!!! The Cream of Chicken soup would transform like magic into this nice curry color goodness that is totally different.  You may have to thicken with flour if the sauce is too watery for your liking.  The pork will be so soft and tender and may break into pieces but thats oK.  This dish smells and looks like you did a lot of work but its all done in the Slow Cooker.  This is a nice break from the usual tomato dishes.  I served this dish with rice.  Enjoy.
