The secret ingredient for the Boozy part in this cake came from our vacation last year. It is this new alcohol that was introduced to us in Mexico called Rompompe. If you can't find this, you can substitute with any brand of coffee liquor that you can find.
Ingredients:
(1) package of Devils Food Cake mix
(1 1/2) tablespoons of Mexican coffee liquor
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare cake mix according to the cake mix directions. When its ready, put in the coffee liquor. Mix well. Place the cake into the cake mold of choice. Bake according to the package directions. Since we are non drinkers, I wasn't sure of the measurements of alcohol to add. You can add more than the tablespoon if you are comfortable with it. You can decorate the cake as desired.
