Lemon Crunch Shrimp wrap

This is a nice, light dinner to make.  Shrimp is also a very healthy seafood option.  Everything is all wrapped up and served with a side salad. 

Ingredients:
(1) package of shrimp thawed, peeled and deveined
(1) envelope of lemon pepper shake n bake product
salt and pepper
package of tortilla wraps

DIRECTIONS:
Rinse, wash and drain the shrimp.  Pat dry.  Next, in a bowl, marinade the shrimps with the salt and pepper.  Spray down an oven safe dish.  In the bag provided with the shake n bake product, put the shrimp into the bag.  Pour in the envelope of  lemon pepper shake n bake product.  Shake well until everything is coated.  Arrange the coated shrimp into the baking dish.   Place in a preheated oven for 400 degrees until the shrimp is done for about 20 minutes.  Next, we can make the wraps.  You can decorate your wraps with any other filling that you like.  We used some shredded cheese, mayo, and some lettuce.  We served it with more side salad.  I hope you will give this dish a try.
