Cinnamon Rolls

I am going to show you how to make bakery quality Cinnamon Rolls at the comfort of your own home without going to the bakery and waiting in line. Therefore, you can spend more time with your family.
The main purpose of this video is to show you that you can make Cinnamon Rolls at home with the help of your bread maker.  To make the dough, follow the recipe in the user manual for your bread maker.  If you don't have a bread maker, use your usual dough recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:
(2/3) cup brown sugar
(2) tsp cinnamon
(1/4) cup margarine or butter

DIRECTIONS:
First, in a bowl, cream the cinnamon, brown sugar and margarine together until a paste forms.  It is easiest to use a fork.  Set aside.  Next, dust a clean work surface with flour and also dust the rolling pin with flour so the dough wouldn't stick.  Next, put the dough onto the working surface and start to roll it.  Roll it as flat as you can into a rectangular shape.  It doesnt have to be perfect it just has to be flat.  Next, spread the brown sugar mixture evenly ontop the dough leaving a 1/4 space around the edge.  Next, roll the dough from the bottom to the top and seal it well.  Next, cut the roll into 1/4 inch chunks.  Spray a muffin tray.  Put each chunk of cinnamon rolls into the muffin tray.  Bake at a preheated oven 375 degrees for 20 minutes and they would be ready to serve.  Enjoy!!!
