Here is another indoor BBQ recipe using the George Foreman Grill. This time we're making ribs. Here's the ingredients.
Ingredients:
(1) rack of ribs cut into segments
Club House Citrus Blast Seasoning (or lemon seasoning if you can't find) to taste
salt and pepper to taste.
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, seasoning the ribs with salt and pepper. Next, rub in the Citrus Blast seasoning. It is a limited edition spice from Club House so if you can't find it its oK you can use usual Lemon Seasoning. Next, marinade your ribs for half hr if you have the time. Put the ribs one by one on the preheated George Foreman Grill. Don't overcrowd the grill, do it in 2 batches if you need to. It will only need to take less than 10 minutes to grill. This meal was very delicious. It is good for indoor BBQ when it is cold outside. I hope you will give this recipe a try and I will see you next time.
