Easy Spring Rolls

Here is an alternative instead of ordering Chinese take out.  Spring Rolls is not that hard to make.  Here are the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
(1) LB of lean ground pork
salt and pepper to taste
(1) egg
(1) tblspn soy sauce
(1) package of spring Roll wrappers
water on the side for the wrappers

DIRECTIONS:
First, we prepare the meet mixture.  Sprinkle salt and pepper into the salt.  Put in the egg.  Then put in the soy sauce.  Mix well like the way you do with meatloaf.  Set aside.  Next, we can make the Spring Rolls.
Face the wrapper in a rectangular shape on your working surface.  Use your finger and dab some water all around the edges.  Some people use egg for this same purpose.  I don't notice much difference with either so you can use what you prefer.  Place some meat mixture using a spoon in the middle of the wrapper.  Make sure you leave enough room so you can fold the wrapper.
Fold the right hand side of the wrapper towards the middle of the meat.  Use your fingers to seal it.  Next, fold the left hand side of the wrapper towards the middle of the meat and seal it.  Next, fold the bottom of the wrapper towards the middle of the meat.  Without stopping, tuck in the wrapper and roll all the way to the top.
Repeat these steps with the rest of the Spring Rolls.
Place the finished Spring Rolls into a deep fryer or into a Wok with hot oil.  Fry until golden browned.  Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
These can also be frozen in a plastic zipper bag and enjoyed several months later.
Enjoy!!!
