Pork Stir Fry

Here is another easy and fast Chinese dish to whip up at home during busy weeknights.  Here are the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
(1) LB of sliced pork stir fry strips (can be bought in the meat dept sliced or we sliced ourselves)
salt and pepper to taste
ground ginger to taste
garlic powder and onion powder to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
(2) tblspns honey
(2) tblspns soy sauce
(2) tblspns oyster sauce
(1) tblspns red chili paste
(1) tblspns minced garlic
mixed vegetables (your choice)

DIRECTIONS:
For the pork for this video, we bought a big pork tenderloin and we cut it up ourselves in different styles.  This way can help to save some money.  You can also buy fresh sliced pork stir fry in the meat dept of your local supermarket.
In a large bowl, marinade the pork with the dry spices.  Next, spray some oil into a pre heated pan.  Add the pork into the hot pan.  Next, add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and finally add the honey.  Mix well and heat everything thru.  Then, add the red chili paste.  Then, add the garlic.  Mix everything well again.  Next, add the vegetables.  I usually just add them in when they are frozen.  They cook up fast its oK.
Now, your done!!!  The honey acts as a natural thickener for the sauce and balances the spiciness from the red chili paste.
This sauce blend is a quick go-to sauce for all my stir fries.  I hope you will give this a try and I will see you again next time.

Enjoy!!!
