Here is a recipe for my version of McDonald's Mango Chicken Wrap. It
was available in Canada last summer or the year before in 2010 I can't
remember. I hope you will try my version and enjoy fast food at home.
YOU WILL NEED:
(4) tortilla wraps
(4) frozen Chicken Strips Product
salad mix of your choice I used romaine lettuce
some shredded cheese
(3/4) cup Kraft Mango Chipotle Dressing
Instructions:
First, deep fry the chicken strips in a deep fryer. Or, you can bake
it if you don't have a deep fryer. Set aside with some paper towel to
drain the fat. Meanwhile, shred some cheese and set aside. When the
chicken strips are cool enough to handle, place them into a bowl.
Drizzle on some Mango Dressing until all chicken is coated. Put a
tortilla wrap into a clean working surface. First put one chicken strip
ontop of the tortillla in the middle. Then, put a few lettuce leaves
ontop do not put too much or it will be hard to wrap. Next, sprinkle on
as much cheese as you desire. Finally, if desired, you can sprinkle on
more Mango Dressing over everything. Wrap the tortilla and cut in half
to show the nice presentation. I used the extra salad from the bag to
mix with the remaining Mango Dressing to accompany the rest of the
meal. You can repeat this process to make as many wraps as desired. I
hope you will enjoy this meal and do not need to go to McDonald's as
frequently!!!
