Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Here is an easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes recipe that can go along with your Beef Roast or any type of meal that calls for a side dish.  It is also very warming and satisfying.  Heres the Ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
(6) medium sized potatoes (any color I don't mind)
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
butter
Garlic Bread Seasoning (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
First, peel and dice the potatoes.  If you like the texture of the skin, make sure you thoroughly wash the potatoes and just dice them.  Place the potatoes in a boiling pot of water.  It would take about 10 mins or more for the potatoes to soften up and to be ready to mash.  Once the potatoes are ready (like I showed you in the video), drain the potatoes in the colander.  Place the potatoes back into the pot.  Add the butter, and all the spices in it.  Using a potato masher or some similar utensil, start mashing everything until they become mashed potatoes.  Serve warm.  Enjoy.
