Here is a new pork recipe that I was experimenting with. First of all, its because I used to not work much with Pork but this yr pork been on sale a lot. So, I am finding more pork recipes for you. And secondly, I am trying out the Chili Sauce. Also, you will need a slow cooker. Heres the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
(1) 2LB piece of Pork Roast
(1/2) bottle of the Chili Sauce
(1) beef bullion cube
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
DIRECTIONS:
First, rub down the pork roast with the dry spices. Set aside. Next into the Slow Cooker pot, put in the beef bullion cube. Put the (1) cup of water inside it to dissolve the cube. You do not have to wait around for the cube to dissolve. It will dissolve during the cooking process. Next, simply place the pork on top of the water mixture. Pour on the chili sauce. Set the slow cooker on to low heat for up to 8 hrs. This dish turned out really beautiful. The pork did not dry out and you can slice them easily. To make a gravy, put about (1/4) cup of white all purpose flour in the chili sauce mixture into the pot until it thickens up. Serve hot with rice and vegetables. Enjoy.
