Spicy Chicken Stir Fry

Here is a fresh and delicious recipe that came right out of my garden.  This year I tried to grow some Cayenne Peppers and they came out.  I decided to make them into a Chicken stir fry.  Heres the Ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
(2-3) Fresh Cayenne Peppers (preferably from garden)
(3) tablespoons cooking oil (for the peppers)
(3) boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
(1/4) cup soy sauce
(1) egg
mixed vegetables

DIRECTIONS:
First, chop off the stems of the peppers.  Seed the peppers if you don't like spicy.  I didn't do that cause we love spicy.  Chop up the peppers, set aside.  Next into a food chopper, pour in the oil, and the chopped peppers and start blending them together.  A paste will start forming.  This will take a few minutes.  There may still be chunks but thats oK.  Set the pepper and oil mixture into a bowl and set aside.  Now, we dice up the chicken breasts.  Marinate the chicken with the spices listed above.  In a hot pan, pour the oil/pepper mixture until it sizzles.  Pour on the chicken.  Let them brown.  Next, pour on the vegetables of your choice and let it heat thru.  Next, pour on the soy sauce.  It would reduce immediately.  If it is too dry to your liking, add more soy sauce.  Finally, add the egg.  The egg is the natural thickener to the recipe.  The pepper that came out from my garden was spicy but not too spicy.  Just enough kick for it.  I hope you will try growing peppers in your own garden and to try out this dish.  Enjoy.
